Meet the driving force behind the KSDC team
Mr. Sanjiv Deshmukh; alumina of Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai; and a current FCSI member, his entire career has been focused on the food service industry. An ex-chef himself, he gradually branched out into marketing of kitchen equipments. He soon realized that commercial kitchen designing was a nascent field in India, and he started KSDC in 2000. With over 35 years of experience in the food industry, he brings a lot of experience to the table.
Ms. Amruta Kiran; alumina of Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore; has been a chef too. A lot of interest, a keen eye of solutions, and a passion for perfection brought her to KSDC, where she applies her expertise in the backend planning area.
With two ex-chefs in our repertoire, our kitchens are as perfect as they can get. We liaise with the chef on duty at the projects to ensure that our kitchens are productive and help you to get the business you envision.
